Q: When is the auction?
A: The in-person event will take place on Tuesday, November 18th at the Syracuse Men's Basketball game vs. Monmouth. Online dates will be announced at a later date.

Q: Where is the auction?
A: The in-person component will take place in the backcourt of the JMA Wireless Dome and bidding will take place online via the auction platform..
Q: Can anyone attend the auction?
A: Anyone with a ticket to the Men's Basketball game on November 18th can attend the in-person auction. Any person logged into the auction platform can bid on items online.
Q: What types of items do you auction off?
A: Items in the auction typically include memorabilia from numerous sports - including some unique autographed items, restaurant gift certificates; electronics; tickets; hotel accommodations and so much more!

Q: What is the bidding style?
A: The bidding style is a silent auction on the auction platform. There will be select items available for purchase during the in-person event.

Q: How much do auction items cost?
A: Items are valued from $25 and up. Bidding could start as low as $5.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Credit (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or cash are accepted.

Q: To whom will the proceeds of the auction go?
A: This year’s beneficiary is Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital. Click here for more information.
Q: How much of the money raised goes to Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital?
A: 100% of the profits raised at the 2025 Charity Sports Auction will go back to Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital
Q: How much money has been raised in past auctions?
A: Over the past 20 years, the auction has raised $772,929 for charities across the Central New York region.
Q: How do I get involved?
A: Anyone can donate items, become a sponsor, or make a cash donation.

A: Use the Donate tab for information on sending an item to us. Donations for this year's auction are always being accepted and are much appreciated.

Q: How many items will be featured in the auction?
A: We receive and auction off over 300 items each year.
Q: How do I get an item I acquired during the auction?
A: We will ship all items out within a few days of the auction’s conclusion. Local pickup also available.
